Provides technical assistance to system users, management and the Information Technology Department. Studies, analyzes and implements project requests.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Assists in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of PCs, laptops/tablets, printers, etc., coordinating with I.T. staff to resolve hardware, software, and network problems.Provides on-going support to all Credit Union staff on the use of end-user hardware and software products.Installs end-user hardware and software.Provides installation, maintenance and support for Cash Recyclers, Shared branching equipment, Digital Signage equipment and wiring systems.Provides support to all users of the system and performs Administrator duties as needed or requested.Assists in the implementation, development, and maintenance of departmental projects and business as usual documentation.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Experience:Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.Education/Certifications/Licenses:A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.Interpersonal Skills:A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.Other Skills:Knowledge of MS Office products, MS Windows operating systems, e-mail, personal computers.Must be able to work and travel independently and use general office equipment.This Job Description is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities comprising the position.
