New Heights ABA is seeking enthusiastic, reliable team members to support young children (ages 1–6) with autism in our clinic setting located in Warrensville Heights.We welcome:Experienced RBTsChild care professionals from daycare, preschool, special education, or professional nanny rolesCandidates willing to train to become an RBTSchedule:  Monday–Friday | ~8:15 AM – 4:15 PMLocation: Clinic-based only • ~37.5 hours/weekPay & Growth:  $20.00 – $22.50/hour (based on experience)Paid training & mentorshipBi-monthly Professional Development (meets BACB recertification requirements)Support toward RBT certificationRole ResponsibilitiesImplement behavior & skill-building programsTeach communication, play, and social skillsCollect data & complete session notesCollaborate with clinical teamCreate a fun, engaging learning environmentPhysical Requirements: Must be able to actively engage with young children, including sitting on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and moving quickly when needed to support safety and participation in therapy activities.We're Looking For Someone Who:Loves working with young childrenHas strong play and engagement skillsIs dependable and team-orientedWants mentorship and professional growthRequirementsRBT certification (within 60 days)Instructional Aide designation (within 30 days)CPR/First Aid certificationReliable transportationPreferred: Associate's degree + 2 years experience with young children.At New Heights ABA, we believe children learn best through connection, play, and positive relationships - and we support our staff the same way.  If you're passionate about helping children grow, we'd love to meet you.
