Location: 306 N Generals Blvd, Lincolnton, NC 28092 (Must be within 20 mile radius)

Duration: Full-time

Salary: $37,000/Year

Job Description:

• Manage daily operations of the Personnel performing Tier 2 picking and packing Services and handle escalations from the team

• Ensure the team maintains a clean site and work environment

• Ensure all processes and procedures are followed on-site by the Tier 1 Pick-Pack team

• Ensure failed orders are being reported to the customer support team

• Facilitate partner success by providing support as required to partners on-site

• Build sustainable relationships with partners through open communication

• Perform order fulfilment and package loading

• Communicate urgent issues to the Wipro customer designated site manager and Wipro customer team

• Review stock and inventory management

• Perform quarterly inventory audits

• Train new Tier 1 Pick-Pack team members

Mandatory Requirements

• Physically active

• Comfortable walking 15,000–20,000+ steps daily

• Able to work 12–13 hour shifts (40 hours/week)

• Able to lift packages up to approximately 5–8 lbs

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors

• Fast-paced work environment

• Good attention to detail

Daily Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders

• Locate products inside a large retail store

• Pick the correct items

• Scan and process items

• Pack items into drone delivery boxes

• Attach packages to drones

• Complete 30+ orders per day
