Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or in school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educators and families
• Provide direct, evidence-based therapy to students with communication challenges
• Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate records, and document progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for supportive interventions
