What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience within the tree care or landscaping industry.
• Prior leadership experience or demonstrated ability to coach and coordinate teams.
• Strong organizational skills with comfort managing operational logistics.
• Willingness to pursue ISA Certification (if not already obtained).
• High integrity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
