Job Description

Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Location: Paris, KY | Pay: $31-$35/hr.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment supporting a fast-paced industrial facility. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in facility maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical repair, and industrial equipment upkeep.

Shift:

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Monday-Friday)

Training: 1st Shift for first 90 days (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair building electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical equipment

Perform general maintenance and carpentry (doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, racks)

Support upkeep of material handling equipment and facility structures

Respond to security alarm calls as needed

Complete maintenance reports and ensure compliance with safety standards

Work in an industrial environment with machinery, heights, and varying temperatures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)

Minimum 3 years of maintenance or related experience

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical maintenance

Basic computer skills and solid math aptitude

Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities
