Associate, Wealth Management

IEQ Capital

IEQ Capital is a Registered Investment Advisor seeking to transform traditional wealth management. We focus our efforts on helping clients meet their investment objectives without the distractions and limitations that can arise within much larger organizations. The Role IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our San Francisco-based team as an Associate. T h e Associate will work closely with the rest of the team to manage important elements of the client relationshi p. This role will help build the foundation you need to successfully grow within the company. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Support the Partners and their team by providing operational funct ions such as: Money movement (i.e. wire and journals) Account creation and maintenance Ad hoc project management Portfolio performance updates Database management Communicate with clients regarding transactions, such as asset transfers and account opening procedures Participate in educational sessions with the senior team members to expand the Associate’s knowledge of the markets and our business “Upward mobility”are notjust words on a page;the IEQ teamhas a track record ofgrowthwithin the firm.Many individuals on our team began their career in the Associate role,andwith hard workanddedicationthey have become some of the most senior individualsat the firm.Several former Associates arenow Partners. Qualifications 1-2+ years of relevant work or internship experience preferred Deep curiosity about the financial markets Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to t hink critically and anticipate issues Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Good relationship - building skills both inside and outside of the organization Ability to work in a fast - paced, high-volume , high-pressure environment Experience with Salesforce is a plus “No task is too small” mentality Bachelor’s degree is required Compensation The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on skills and experience.
