Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated **ACT Therapist/Vocational Specialist** to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.This unique community-based role combines therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and vocational support services to help adults living with serious and persistent mental illness succeed in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
