Benefits Competitive Pay starting at $24.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience Full-time – 40 hours a week guaranteed Weekly pay (paid every Friday) Paid Sick and PTO Paid Holidays (if applicable) Client Introduction and training (on your 1st shift) All clients’ homes are inspected for safety Free Continuing Education courses through Relias 401K with company matching Opportunities for advancement Job Responsibilities Completes a start of care shift for our new clients and create a Care Plan Training and supporting our caregivers on their first shift Cover fill-in shifts Available Monday- Friday 9am-5pm (flexible) Must be willing to work 1 weekend a month (2 days off during the week- you choose days) Able to travel- Pierce and Thurston County Requirements Must be Certified as a CNA (Nursing Assistant Certification or HCA (Home Care Aide) in the State of Washington Must be able to provide proof of valid Driver's license and Insurance Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, physical, and mental health Open to help with personal care Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning Trained in specialized areas of care, for example, geriatrics, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease Open to working around pets and smoking Available for consistent shifts throughout the Pierce County area - Tacoma, Lakewood, Gig Harbor, Dupont, Puyallup, Lacey and Olympia.
