Driver - Non-CDLAll American Waste All American WastePosition Summary:The Driver (Non-CDL) is responsible for safely operating a non-CDL truck as well as responsible for efficiently serving assigned customers while complying with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and Company policies. Employee Assistance Program.Training and development opportunities with a growing, family-owned company.Your Role:Driving safely and efficiently to complete assigned routes accurately and on time.Stay in radio contact with and respond to requests from the Dispatcher.Deliver and retrieve toter containers at customer locationsParticipate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings.Assist other drivers with routes as directed.Pre- and post-trip inspection and reportComplete routine paperworkWork all assigned shifts from the scheduled start time to the scheduled end time.Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace.Receive complaints from customers and report issues and problems professionally to Dispatch.Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.Your Skills: Customer-focused.Safety-knowledgeable and focusedProfessional in appearance and demeanorRespectful of Company vehicles and equipmentQuality-orientedReliable and dependableExceptional driving skillsAbility to read and write (logs, reports, orders, maps, etc.)Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.Requirements:Driver 's licenseAcceptable driving recordGritty, outgoing, and eager to learn.The environment is fast-paced, and the person in this role must be proactive, hardworking, highly organized, and an independent critical thinker.Physical Demands:Listed below are key points regarding the job's environmental demands and work environment.
