Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support supply planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, forecasting, and operational performance for a technology-focused business segment. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills , exposure to PSI/CPFR forecasting , and experience supporting supply chain or logistics operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage weekly planning and performance activities in a fast-paced environment. Monitor new SOPs, inbound and outbound processes , and site allocation commitments. Analyze order consolidation requirements and coordinate weekly requests with logistics teams to align with customer commitments. Support supply planning activities to ensure sales and production visibility. Allocation & Delivery Management Conduct weekly allocation follow-ups to monitor and improve on-time delivery performance . Track site commitments, customer requirements, and product availability. Identify allocation issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply constraints. Inventory & KPI Management Perform weekly inventory management and KPI reporting . Monitor inventory levels, aging stock, and supply requirements. Partner with Supply Chain and related teams to prevent and manage aging inventory . Analyze inventory and operational trends and provide recommendations for improvement. Forecasting & Supply Planning Support PSI/CPFR forecasting and planning activities . Perform planning activities to improve sales and production visibility. Support the improvement and stabilization of forecasting logic and Return to Forecast (RTF) processes. Analyze weekly planning cadence issues and identify opportunities to optimize supply chain allocation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Operations, and other business functions . Communicate revenue and supply plans clearly across functions. Understand customer requirements and communicate customer needs internally. Balance short-term operational requirements with longer-term supply planning objectives. Support strategic and operational initiatives designed to improve business performance. Required Qualifications Up to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. Experience or exposure to logistics functions using ERP/WMS/TMS systems . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel . Exposure to PSI, CPFR, forecasting, inventory planning, or supply planning is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment . Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring weekly deliverables. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline . Experience with inventory management and KPI reporting. Experience with WMS/TMS or ERP systems . Knowledge of supply allocation, order consolidation, and delivery planning.
