We are a leading provider of in-home and school-based behavioral healthcare, delivering clinical excellence to children, adolescents, adults, and families across Florida. Position Responsibilities In this role, you will promote and develop Chrysalis Health programs and services, engaging with diverse community groups and working closely with internal departments to foster partnerships and expand outreach. Responsibilities include: Developing and marketing Chrysalis Health programs and services Networking with community leaders and presenting to diverse groups Participating in field-based activities and community events (occasional evenings/weekends in Miami-Dade and nearby areas) Performing administrative tasks and keeping a proactive approach to community engagement Working independently with strong time management skills Qualifications Associate's degree in a mental health-related field is required Ability to communicate professionally in Spanish and English Familiarity with community resources, schools, and childcare centers Strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually Computer proficiency, including internet, online applications, and email Join a Team Committed to Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity Chrysalis Health is an equal employment opportunity employer.
