Position Overview

We’re looking for an outgoing, creative, and dependable Crew Member / Social Media Coordinator to join our Baskin-Robbins team.

This is a Crew Member position first — you’ll serve guests, prepare ice cream and beverages, maintain the store, learn our menu, and support the team just like every other crew member. The fun part? You’ll also help us bring Baskin-Robbins to life on social media by creating photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and other content from our stores.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Prepare ice cream, beverages, sundaes, and other menu items
• Operate the register and handle customer transactions
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled
• Learn the Baskin-Robbins menu, products, promotions, and store procedures
• Assist with cakes and learn cake decorating as part of your development
• Take photos and videos of products, cakes, promotions, and store activities
• Help create fun and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other social platforms
• Work with management on content ideas, seasonal promotions, and upcoming campaigns
• Represent Baskin-Robbins professionally both in-store and online

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Creative and comfortable taking photos and recording short-form video
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and current social media trends
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team
• Willing to learn the full Baskin-Robbins menu and store procedures
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and follow company dress code
• Must be available to work weekends, closing shifts, and holidays as required by the business
• Flexible availability is strongly preferred

Compensation: $20.00 per hour + tips

This is a hands-on store position. Social media and content creation are an exciting part of the role, but all regular Crew Member responsibilities and store expectations still apply.

Being a team member for Baskin Robbins is a very exciting and challenging job. Among the key responsibility is to ensure that every guest is satisfied and pleased with their experience. Our employees are expected to consistently serve quality ice cream and other food products being offered by the company to every customer and participate in the team effort to make sure that guests are served as quickly as possible. They must also maintain quality standards when it comes to handling and preparing ice creams. Team members must also be able to describe and assemble promoted products and or beverages in accordance to the ongoing marketing promotion.
