Food Safety & Quality Manager We’re supporting a rapidly growing food manufacturer in Middlesex County, NJ, in hiring a Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead and elevate their plant Quality & Sanitation teams. This is a great fit for someone who excels in fast‑growth environments, enjoys developing people, and can drive a strong food safety culture on the floor. Why This Role Fast‑growing company (from ~$100M to ~$160M in the last two years) Highly visible leadership role reporting to the Managing Director/Plant Manager Opportunity to turn around and develop an experienced team Works with major retailers like Walmart, Costco, and Trader Joe's What You’ll Lead Quality and sanitation team of 10+ A two shift, 24/5 facility Oversight of allergen programs, COA management, raw ingredient receiving, and 12 production lines What They’re Looking For 4+ years of quality experience in food manufacturing (SQF/FDA‑regulated facility) Strong HACCP skills; experience with gluten‑free, non‑GMO, and allergen programs Ability to coach, build, and elevate a team — turnaround leadership is key Base up to $130k + bonus Relocation considered for standout candidates Open for a US Citizen or green card holder Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Quality Assurance Industries Food and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr FPC of Savannah
