Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder for our first shift. You will work primarily with stainless steel, performing TIG welding, fabrication duties, and interpreting blueprints. This position requires adaptability to work in multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, typically around 16 gauge, and dairy and pharmaceutical grade steel.
• Utilize fabrication equipment effectively.
• Interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
• Grind and polish small welds using hand and power tools.
• Clean and maintain the work area diligently.
• Work directly from blueprints to fabricate and weld food and beverage products such as cabinet washers, tanks, pressure systems, and tunnel washers.

Work Environment

Work in an AC shop with flexible start times between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., on a 10-hour shift. The first shift runs from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays. This is a Permanent position based out of Sun Prairie, WI.

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
