Production Manager

Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Process teams to optimize workflows, reduce non‑value‑added activities, and deliver products on time with excellence. How you’ll make an impact Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets Coordinate people, equipment, and processes to meet production demand Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost‑reduction efforts Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to optimize production plans Ensure production schedules and maintenance activities minimize disruptions Develop, coach, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence Set clear goals and monitor performance for direct and indirect team members Support customer visits by presenting manufacturing capabilities when needed Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Ensures compliance with Company and Factory health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented, while monitoring and reporting progress.
