REGISTERED NURSE

Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient-centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include medication administration, care coordination, patient and family education, and accurate documentation in the EMR. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support quality improvement initiatives, and uphold Novant Health’s culture of diversity, innovation, and compassionate, personalized care while promoting positive patient outcomes.
