The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of medical front-office experience and be comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, friendly, and committed to providing excellent patient service. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients professionally and compassionately. Check patients in and out and maintain accurate patient information. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. Answer phones and assist with patient questions. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. Collect copayments, deductibles, and patient balances. Maintain accurate records in the EMR system. Assist with referrals, authorizations, and medical records. Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, billing, and patients. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines. Support the front-office team with daily administrative duties. Qualifications 1–2 years of medical front-office or healthcare experience required. Previous experience with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out. Insurance verification and payment collection experience preferred. Strong computer and EMR skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented. OB/GYN experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
