Pay & Benefits Increased skilled visit rates OASIS Start of Care - $160 per visit Flexible scheduling - build your day around your life Mileage reimbursement Ongoing education and professional development Supportive clinical leadership and administrative team What You'll Do As a Home Care Speech Language Pathologist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including: Evaluating patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans Providing therapy for communication disorders and dysphagia management Conducting cognitive and functional communication training Educating patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and safety Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation Every day is different, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality, individualized care that helps them remain safely at home.
