As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time TWIC Rounds in CROCKETT, CA , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you. Pay Rate $25.95 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 10:30 PM – 06:30 AM Thur: 10:30 PM – 06:30 AM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or vehicle traffic to help to deter unauthorized entry and support site access procedures. Document routine activities, unusual conditions, and/or security‑related concerns, and report observations involving equipment areas, inventory locations, or facility operations according to site protocols. Minimum Requirements Possess a TSA issued TWIC. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
