Mortgage Accounting Clerk

Do you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and making sure every detail adds up correctly?Keystone Funding is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations.The Accounting Clerk supports daily AR/AP operations by processing mail, checks, deposits, vendor invoices, payment requests, and weekly financial reports in Loan Vision. The role also assists with warehouse postings and monthly bank reconciliations.Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior bookkeeping or mortgage experience is helpful but not required. Training on Loan Vision will be provided.This is a full-time, in-person position located in our Dover, DE office.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $42,000 – $48,000 (based on experience)Bonus: Performance-based, per company policyBenefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k): With company matchPTO: Paid time off per company policy
