General Production Expectations

While each position has a primary department and area of responsibility, all production employees are expected to assist in other departments and contribute wherever needed to support production goals, customer commitments, and overall operational success.

Physical & Job Requirements

· Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.

· Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions on concrete flooring for extended periods throughout the workday.

· Safely operate or learn to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.

· Safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, or obtain company-required certifications.

· Read and accurately use a tape measure.

· Maintain attention to detail while meeting production and quality standards.

· Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adapting to changing priorities and production demands.

· Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, dust, noise, and changing temperatures.

· Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety gear when necessary.

Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Coordinator

We're looking for a capable, organized professional to take ownership of our day-to-day shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on coordination role that combines accurate paperwork and system updates with freight handling, warehouse organization, customer loading, and support for production. The right person will keep materials and finished products moving, solve problems before they become delays, and maintain a warehouse that is clean, safe, and ready for business.

What You'll Do

· Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, including inbound deliveries, outbound orders, freight pickups, and customer pickups.

· Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantities, condition, and purchase order accuracy before completing receiving records.

· Prepare and review bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, freight documents, and other required paperwork.

· Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams to coordinate timing, resolve discrepancies, and prevent delays.

· Complete accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in company systems.

· Unload, identify, label, stage, and put away incoming materials in the correct warehouse locations.

· Pick, stage, inspect, pack, and prepare finished products and materials for outbound shipment or customer pickup.

· Safely load and unload freight, delivery vehicles, and customer vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.

· Maintain clear warehouse locations, accurate material identification, and orderly staging areas so products can be located and moved efficiently.

· Take ownership of warehouse cleanliness and safety, including routine sweeping, trash removal, aisle clearance, and general housekeeping.

· Support production with material movement, staging, packing, assembly, and other hands-on work when shipping and receiving priorities allow.

What We're Looking For

· Shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.

· Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-through skills with close attention to quantities, documents, and deadlines.

· Comfort using computers and learning systems used for shipping, receiving, order lookup, and inventory transactions.

· Ability to read and accurately interpret purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, shipping documents, and inventory records.

· Forklift experience preferred; willingness and ability to obtain any company-required certification is required.

· A professional, service-minded approach when assisting customers, carriers, vendors, and coworkers.

· Ability to prioritize independently, communicate problems early, and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment.

· A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, cleanliness, and quality.

Work Schedule

• Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Overtime may be required based on production demands, customer deadlines, and business needs.
