Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team! As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients who come in to the office, checking them in, and pulling relevant patient files or obtaining new patient information. You will also answer phone calls, make appointments and verify insurances. The ideal candidate is very organized, detail oriented, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

Answer the phone and schedule appointments or answer patient questions
Verify Insurance Benefits
Maintain comprehensive medical records

Qualifications

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Working knowledge of Athena Health EHR
Attention to detail
