An established manufacturing company is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support the reliability and performance of its production equipment. This role offers hands-on electrical and mechanical work, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment installation in a manufacturing environment. Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic (1st and 2nd shift available) Job Duties & Responsibilities -Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including injection molding machines, conveyors, motors, and production machinery. -Perform preventive maintenance using diagrams, schematics, manuals, power tools, and hand tools. -Apply knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics to diagnose and repair equipment issues. -Identify and correct potential safety hazards while supporting efficient and reliable facility operations. Required Skills & Experience -Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical/electrical schematics. -Experience applying industrial equipment maintenance and repair techniques. -Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to safely lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs. and work overtime/weekends as needed. Preferred Skills & Experience -2+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. -Experience with injection molding or plastic manufacturing equipment.
