Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth job-task analysis and needs assessments to determine training solutions and performance enhancement strategies. This role involves designing and developing training programs, creating interactive e-Learning products, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The position requires collaboration with subject matter experts and team members to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth job-task analysis and needs assessments to identify learning objectives and determine training solutions.
• Develop individual training program goals, overall program objectives, and module objectives in consultation with team members.
• Design course content using instructional design theory, collaborating with subject matter experts, trainers, and e-Learning specialists.
• Apply adult learning theory to select appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles and course content.
• Create training programs for traditional classroom settings, online classrooms, self-paced e-Learning modules, or blended approaches.
• Work with e-Learning specialists to develop sophisticated e-Learning programs and applications.
• Research, select, and modify existing training curriculum, content, materials, and job aids to meet learning needs.
• Review program evaluations, test results, and feedback to recommend improvements for training programs.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Articulate 360.
• Prior experience in, or applicable knowledge of, the insurance industry (optional).
• Prior experience in, or applicable knowledge of, underwriting (optional).

Pay Range: $40 - $43

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
