Job Description Over $300K potential in compensation with up to $30,000 sign on bonus Job Summary This role provides physician services including counseling patients regarding the most appropriate setting to meet their healthcare needs, performing diagnostic evaluations and treatment, providing the appropriate information regarding specialist services, and end of life programs. This role functions as a part of a large, integrated care team with the goal of providing whole-person care in the outpatient setting. You will work in a model built around: • Smaller patient panels – 10-12 patients per day • Longer visits & deeper relationships • Interdisciplinary, team based care • A focus on prevention, reduced utilization, and better outcomes
