Sr. Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead and oversee financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role provides strategic insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making. You will serve as an analytic resource for assigned systems, products, or business units by providing advanced support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an analytic resource for assigned systems, products, or business units by providing advanced support.
• Recommend and assist in implementing improvements to current procedures, plans, and controls to achieve financial objectives.
• Generate pricing, profitability reports, or other documentation as needed.
• Manage the Rate Card Update Process, including loading new rate cards, changing existing loads, and inactivating expired rate cards.
• Gather data, analyze, and produce reports on vendor rate card assignments.
• Execute monthly financial close responsibilities, including reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts and variance documentation.
• Record, report, analyze, and communicate the firm's financial and operational results.
• Develop and perform complex analysis, proactively identifying efficiencies and control improvements.
• Research and implement technical accounting policy.
• Participate in cross-functional teams responsible for implementing finance business objectives and projects.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: 6 years of experience in Finance or Analytics with a Bachelor's Degree, OR 10 years of experience in Finance or Analytics with a High School Diploma or GED.

Skills: Ability to explain complex financial modeling analysis to a broad cross-functional audience, persuasive communication skills, and superior project management, organizational, and time management skills.
