Client Support Services Associate – Wealth Management Operations | Tukwila, Washington | $52,000–$60,000/Year

Behind every smooth client experience is someone making sure the details are right. In this role, you’ll support financial advisor teams by handling account servicing, new account paperwork, transfers, cash movements, and other operational requests that keep client accounts moving. You’ll own your assigned work from request to completion and help make sure advisor teams have what they need to serve their clients well.

What You’ll Do

• Process and track new account, account maintenance, transfer, cash movement, and service requests
• Review requests carefully and identify missing information before processing
• Communicate with advisor teams regarding questions, missing information, and task status
• Partner with Client Relationship Managers to gather client information and documentation
• Research and resolve operational questions and servicing issues
• Prepare account paperwork and DocuSign requests
• Maintain organized records of pending and completed work
• Manage a high volume of requests while prioritizing deadlines and urgency
• Work with other Client Support Services Associates to balance workload
• Support advisor transitions and onboarding projects
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and processes
• Maintain confidentiality when handling client and account information

• Strong follow-through and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with different advisor teams
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Professional attitude and dependable attendance

Preferred

• General understanding of wealth management operations
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience
• Experience with a bank, credit union, broker-dealer, wealth management office, or similar financial services organization
