About the Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you will support the daily operations of a high-volume quick-service restaurant, ensuring fast, friendly service, consistent food quality, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for leading and developing team members, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, supporting profitability goals, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Restaurant Operations: Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
• Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while promoting company standards and a culture of accountability.
• Operational Excellence: Drive speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and execution of brand standards.
• Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health, and airport operational requirements.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Assist with inventory management, ordering, food cost control, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Guest Experience: Address guest concerns promptly and ensure outstanding customer service at all times.
• Business Support: Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, performance management, staffing, and achieving business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, labor management, and cost controls.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual dining.
• ServSafe Certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and performance coaching.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
