Job Purpose In the dynamic personal‑care space, you will lead growth for our Skin Cleansing category in the U.S., addressing consumer needs, market trends, and business challenges. You will provide strategic research, insights, and recommendations to drive sales, share, and brand excellence across Dove, Dove Men, and Olly. Key Responsibilities Lead Unmissable Brand Superiority for Skin Cleansing brands. Innovation Insights & Testing: Horizon 1 Innovation on Dove & Dove Men, E2E for Olly Skin Cleansing. Deploy, create, test, and measure digital, social, and POSM excellence, focusing on Engagement and Social First Demand Generation. Lead the agenda for Social First Demand Generation in the U.S., from social listening to creative quality and impact measurement. Drive Skin Cleansing Category Strategic Foresights, covering emerging behaviors, evolving consumer needs, and future marketing trends. Manage cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Who You Are Passionate about consumer‑centric research and insights. Experienced in custom qualitative/quantitative research and data analytics. Strong strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable recommendations. Comfortable leading and managing external partners and internal teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Proactive, curious, and willing to dive into the details while maintaining a big‑picture view. Qualifications & Experience Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in Marketing, Research, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business preferred. 10+ years of relevant consumer research experience, including data analytics, social platform research, and consulting. CPG experience preferred, with in‑market performance analytics (sales, pricing, distribution). Experience in brand equity/health and custom quantitative/qualitative research. Prior management experience, responsible for leading and growing direct reports. Proficiency with social listening tools and trend monitoring platforms. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $113,900 – $170,900 (subject to qualifications and experience).
