Remote Maternal Health RN Case Manager — Iowa

Iowa Total Care

Centene is seeking an experienced RN with case management expertise to support pregnant members in Iowa through the Start Smart for Your Baby program. This fully remote role emphasizes personalized care plans, coordination with providers, and ongoing follow-up to improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an Iowa RN license and have 2–4 years in case management or maternal health, with OB/NICU exposure considered a bonus. Schedule aligns with standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8–5 CT).
