What You’ll Do Esthetic Services: Perform professional facials, peels, and skincare treatments; deliver consistent, results‑driven services using Hiatus protocols and techniques; customize treatments based on each guest’s skin goals; educate guests on long‑term skincare and wellness routines. Guest Experience: Provide luxury‑level hospitality and customer service; help guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for during every visit; build strong relationships that turn first‑time guests into loyal members. Retail & Membership: Recommend professional skincare products and home‑care routines; meet monthly retail and performance goals; promote memberships, enhancements, and additional services; encourage guest referrals and repeat visits. Spa Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment room; prepare the room for each guest and restock supplies; assist with spa upkeep including laundry and sanitization of copper foot basins.
