What you will do: Design & Strategy: Lead the creation and deployment of compensation frameworks, policies, and guidelines tailored to both legacy and acquired employee populations. Harmonization Leadership: Oversee the compensation harmonization process, balancing organizational equity with enterprise talent needs and Ericsson Group needs. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with business unit leaders, People Business Partners, and executive teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives. Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of compensation strategies and frameworks. Supplier Management: Select and manage external partners, consultants, and vendors to support compensation initiatives. Change Management & Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment during transitions. Compliance & Industry Insight: Remain current on compensation trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage and compliance. Business Influence: Present data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key decisions through storytelling and evidence-based insights. The skills you bring: 8+ yrs experience in compensation Proven track record in large, complex global or matrixed organizations. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Deep expertise in compensation strategy development, particularly in post‑acquisition integration contexts. Advanced knowledge of HR processes, compensation legislation, and market practices. Demonstrated skills in strategic leadership, business partnering, data analysis, and program management. Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus.
