Commission-only candidates are strongly preferred, but we're open to a base + commission structure for the right person.

Your work ethic and drive will always determine your income not an arbitrary cap.

Work location

Primarily in-office at our Yorkville, IL location.

We offer a hybrid option (3 days in / 2 days remote) for candidates who demonstrate they can excel with flexibility.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships in the Yorkville community and beyond
• Sell and service auto, home, life, and commercial insurance policies under the Farmers brand
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Conduct coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly protected at every stage of life

What we're looking for

• Active P&C license (required) Life & Health license a plus
• 1+ year of insurance sales experience you know the industry and hit the ground running
• Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people make smart, confident decisions
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a commission-focused environment
