College & Career Readiness Specialist Empower Youth

Looking Glass Youth and Family Services

Looking Glass Community Services in Eugene, Oregon seeks a College & Career Readiness Specialist to help youth and young adults build academic growth and prepare for employment. You will coordinate support services, provide case management, and assist with program planning and marketing to meet the needs of at-risk youth aged 14-24.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a social services or related field, plus two years in job placement and at least one year youth-focused experience.
