Help Us Deliver Exceptional Patient Care Urology San Antonio is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Radiation Therapist to join our Radiation Oncology team. This role is responsible for delivering prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately while providing outstanding support to patients throughout their cancer journey. Why Join Us? Position patients accurately and obtain required treatment imaging. Operate radiation therapy equipment, including Varian Linear Accelerator, CBCT, OBI, MV Imaging, and CT Simulation. Perform daily equipment quality assurance checks. Monitor patients during treatment and communicate concerns to the care team. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards. Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and support staff. Qualifications Required ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (RT(T)) Texas Medical Board Radiation Therapy License Associate Degree in Radiation Therapy or related field Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills Preferred One year of radiation therapy experience BLS Certification Experience with ARIA Oncology Information System Oncology or radiation oncology experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Professional Development Opportunities Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Day Shift, 8-hour shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr Urology San Antonio
