Job OpportunityWhat We Offer:A deeply supportive, team-centered environment where teachers, BCBA®s, behavior specialists, and related service providers work hand-in-handAccess to robust resources and clinical expertise, ensuring you're never alone in problem-solving or planningCollaborative culture with leadership that truly listens and invests in your successSmall caseloads that allow for student development and successA workplace that prioritizes student progress, staff well-being, and meaningful, mission-driven workReporting to the Clinical Director, the Essential Functions of this position are:Work collaboratively with Special Education Teachers and classroom teamParticipate in the intake process for new studentsImplement and/or oversee implementation of assessmentsApply Behavior Analytic strategies to improve staff performanceProvide ongoing supervision as required by BACB® for RBT®s and/or BCaBA®sParticipate in the provision of supervised field work for behavior analytic candidates as assignedDevelop Behavior Intervention Plans and conduct Functional Behavior AssessmentsParticipate in IEP development meetings, PPTs, supervisor meetings, classroom meetings, etc.In conjunction with SPED, review student graphs and programming, making necessary modifications to promote student progressObserve programming to assess procedural integrity, student progress, and make recommendationsManage and assist with crisis emergency proceduresModel high levels of professionalism and mentor staff to maintain professionalism and confidentialityCollaborate effectively with parents, related service providers, and Local Education Agencies (LEAs)Other duties as assignedThe minimum qualifications and requirements:Hold and maintain active Board Certified Behavior Analyst Credential® and be licensed to practice Behavior Analysis in CT2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism or other developmental delaysMeet all supervision requirements as specified by the BACB®Excellent professional, leadership, organization, and communication skills (both written and oral)Required to follow all safety procedures and requirementsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to physically care for young children/adolescents/teenagers, with and without the assistance of one or more designated individualsMust have the physical ability to bend at the waist (up to 45 degrees), twist, and move independently between standing and kneeling positions.
