RN First Assist Certified

SSM Health is seeking a skilled RN First Assist Certified to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this key perioperative role, you will collaborate closely with surgeons and the OR team to deliver safe, compassionate, mission-driven care. Responsibilities include first-assist duties during surgery, pre- and post-operative assessments, patient education, and meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate is an experienced OR RN with RNFA or CNOR credentials, strong technical skills, and a commitment to respectful, patient-centered service.
