Job Overview Manager in Training (MIT) – a developmental role that prepares you for future leadership responsibilities in the fitness industry. This program provides a structured onboarding experience, hands‑on operational exposure, and sales leadership training over a 6‑week period for external candidates and 4 weeks for internal candidates. Job Duties and Responsibilities Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on sales leadership development. Gain hands‑on experience in gym operations, including scheduling, reporting, data analysis, and daily activity planning. Ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Shadow gym managers to learn day‑to‑day leadership practices and oversee team collaboration. Support sales initiatives such as membership sales, upselling, and achievement of key performance indicators. Actively contribute to operational excellence and customer service by upholding company standards. Potentially step into acting managerial roles for a day or shift under supervision as part of hands‑on learning. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience of at least 6 months in a leadership role, preferably in fitness or customer service. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to inspire and collaborate with teams in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for fitness and willingness to grow professionally. Valid background check clearance. Reliable transportation. Authorized to work in the United States. Salary
