LOCATION: A hybrid work schedule based out of the South Sioux City, NE office OR Boise, ID office (three days a week in office and two days remote). Opportunity for a fully remote position based on experience.


What You'll Do

• Investigate, evaluate, and proactively manage workers compensation claims from start to finish.
• Negotiate settlements and drive claims toward successful resolution.
• Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys.
• Make thoughtful, timely decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Experience in workers compensation claims or a related insurance, claims, or risk management role is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Critical thinking and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions.
• Effective negotiation skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and expand your insurance industry expertise.
