INVENTORY SUPERVISOR

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's materials management, warehousing, and inventory practices and procedures. This role ensures accurate inventory management, monitors implementation, provides functional expertise, and supports global operations. The position collaborates closely with technical teams to integrate supply chain systems and drive a seamless, efficient end-to-end process. The Inventory Supervisor also drives continuous improvement initiatives and performs supply chain inventory analytics.The Inventory Supervisor drives continuous improvement initiatives and oversees Master Data Management to ensure that inventory management systems are accurate and up to date. Key responsibilities include:Ensuring warehouse setups are accurate and fully compliant with regulations.Maintaining systems that meet the Supply Chain – Inventory Management requirements of Nabors, updating procedures to reflect best practices.Providing subject matter expertise, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress.Ensuring the overall accuracy of inventory records.Overseeing vendor setup compliance through a controlled qualification and induction process.Perform complex analysis on inventory and system dataIn addition, the Inventory Supervisor provides analytical and vendor services support to the PSC department. Key responsibilities include:Developing and reporting performance metrics to track operational effectiveness.Creating and communicating project reports to management, providing visibility into initiatives.Driving results through process improvements and strong team leadership.Performing advanced analysis as required by the department.Providing guidance, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) for analysis and documents prepared by the analyst team Nabors is a leading provider of advanced technology for the energy industry. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business management; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent degree strongly preferred.Experience with supporting international supply chain activities a plus.Strong analytical skills and proficient in use of advanced Excel, macros, Power BI.Financial ExpertiseExcellent background in finance, including financial statement analysis, valuation, and present value concepts.Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior management across business units.Leadership & ManagementProven management experience, including leading teams and projects.Ability to influence at all organizational levels, particularly executives.Experience driving supply chain and inventory management improvements.Capable of working independently, exercising sound judgment, and managing competing priorities.Industry ExperienceExperience in drilling, oil, and gas preferred.Familiarity with global sourcing methods, tools, and best practices.Analytical & Strategic SkillsExcellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.Skilled in project management, organizational planning, and time management.Comfortable navigating ambiguous, matrixed environments.Communication & Interpersonal SkillsExcellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiating skills.Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across departments.Inquisitive with a sense of urgency.Operational KnowledgeDeep knowledge of procurement principles, policies, procedures, and systems.Hands-on experience in inventory management and end-to-end supply chain process improvements.Willingness to travel up to 20%#LI-TM007Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Nabors does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future.Develop and implement inventory and warehouse management procedures to drive operational accuracy and efficiency.Optimize stock levels through inventory control strategies that reduce excess, prevent obsolescence, and minimize carrying costs.Oversee min–max setup, maintenance, and compliance across all locations.Collaborate with Maintenance Department in creation of BOM (Bill of Materials) for Assets and systems are updated accordingly.Responsible for maintenance of item master data is accurate and up to dateLaise with IT in testing of enhancement of warehouse system Ensure warehouse systems run smoothly, leading system testing, enhancements, and user training.Lead and monitor inventory transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventories to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.Analyze inventory trends and generate reports to support forecasting, procurement planning, and operational decision-making.Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure timely material availability.Enforce standardization and compliance across all business units with respect to global inventory and warehouse policies and procedures.Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency in inventory management.Manage the item master to ensure data integrity, standardization, and alignment across procurement, inventory, and finance systems. Develop training materials and deliver user training for systems, policies, and operational procedures. Lead complex analysis including life‑cycle cost evaluations, value assessments, and process efficiency studies. Implement and maintain performance management systems for materials management, including KPIs, target setting, and performance tracking.Direct cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute inventory, warehouse, and materials management process improvements.Coordinate internal, procurement, inventory, and SOX audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and transparency.Review and enhance global inventory and warehouse policies to maintain alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) policies across all inventory and warehouse functions.Provide guidance to warehouse and inventory personnel, coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.Serve as a resource for management, staff, and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on systems, processes, and operational best practices.Support corporate audit and regulatory compliance activities through accurate documentation and disciplined inventory practices.Full timePosting Date: 2026-08-27
