Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer with strong experience in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE and mechanical product design.

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 3D CAD models using CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Develop complex surface and solid models using GSD (Generative Shape Design).
• Design and validate mechanical assemblies.
• Create production drawings and apply GD&T.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) activities.
• Handle engineering changes such as ECR/ECO/ECN.
• Support manufacturing and production teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure designs meet product requirements and engineering standards.

• 3D surface and solid modeling
• Assembly design
• Production drawings
• GD&T
• ECR/ECO/ECN
• New Product Development
• Mechanical product design

Preferred:

• Marine/Boat/Yacht design experience
• Automotive or industrial product design
• Manufacturing/production support
• PLM experience
• CATIA V5 experience
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

Important: Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Springfield, Missouri.
