Assistant Manager (aka Sandwich Maestro) – Jimmy John’s Full-Time This Assistant Manager role at Jimmy John’s is more than just a job—it’s a leadership opportunity. As a Sandwich Maestro , you’ll help run the shift, lead the team, and make sure every customer gets fast, freaky-good service and a consistently great sandwich.
