Accounting Manager Path to Controller

Position: Accounting Manager (Path to Controller) Company: B2B Distributor Location: Miami (Doral) Office Setting: 5 days in the office (no hybrid) Summary A well-established, Miami-based B2B distribution company with over 40 years of success is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its team. This is a highly visible role with direct interaction with ownership and executive leadership. Responsibilities Manage all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, financial planning, and performance optimization Manage month-end and year-end close processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning activities Help coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards Foster and cultivate a growing accounting team Deliver actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of total accounting experience Strong ERP systems experience (NetSuite strongly preferred) Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables/charts, power query and lookups) Bilingual in English and Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr South Florida Recruiters, Inc.
