Biotech Investment Banking Analyst Valuation & M&A
William Blair
William Blair is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst focused on biotechnology to support new business development, transaction execution and related services. You will perform financial modeling, valuation analyses and due diligence under leadership guidance, while drafting client presentations and marketing materials.
The role includes exposure to SIÊ/Series licenses targets, frequent collaboration with senior bankers, and opportunities to mentor interns and deepen biotech sector expertise.
