We are a premier fondue restaurant located on York Road in Uptown, Towson. The Melting Pot in Towson is a great supplemental income job for those with day jobs or are in school. No restaurant experience required. Previous hosting or customer service positions a plus! Responsibilities Provide a great first impression by welcoming guests to the restaurant. Answer phone calls, assist guests with reservations, and answer any questions. Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of guests. Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions. Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with their experience and receiving the Perfect Night Out. Establish rapport with guests by being professional, hospitable, and recognizing special occasions.
