Sonographer Ultrasound - Full or Part-time

Job Description Job Description Busy Rheumatology practice has an opening for a ARDMS Certified Ultrasound Tech located in Skokie, IL. Full-time position will be 4 days a week Monday through Thursday (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or part-time 20-30 hours per week. This position would entail face to face contact with the patient while conducting Musculoskeletal exams. Primary duties include: * Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams * Pre-plan diagnostic studies to be performed in advance of future appointments * Organize daily work schedule * Maintain logs of patients and complete exam billing * Utilization of the EHR to access and document patient studies While experience in conducting musculoskeletal exams in not required, the ability to learn and adapt to the technology is needed. All exam protocols have been developed and candidate will be trained onsite. This position will have its own schedule, and no weekends! We offer a competitive salary based on experience. MSK Certification is a plus.
