Assistant Nurse Manager, PCU / Tele

Job Description

HCT is seeking an Interim Assistant Nurse Manager of PCU/Telemetry for a 300+ bed hospital in California.

Responsibliites include:

Provide leadership and oversight for the 24-hour operation of the PCU/Telemetry units.
Support quality patient care and an optimal practice environment.
Oversee staffing, planning, organization, fiscal management, and daily unit operations.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, programs, and standards of care.
Promote proactive, collaborative relationships across hospital departments and interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure patients' nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated, and met.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years of management experience; Required
License: Current CA RN license; Required
Certifications: AHA BLS; Required
EMR: Epic Expereince; Required
