PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) Andover Village Rehabilitation & Wellness | Andover, OH Join Our In-House Rehabilitation Team!

Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible PRN opportunity where you can truly make a difference? Andover Village Rehabilitation & Wellness is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team !

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping residents regain independence, improve function, and achieve their highest quality of life in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to maximize functional independence
• Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge planning using Net Health and PCC
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety recommendations
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but motivated clinicians from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Experience with Net Health and PCC is a plus
