Real Estate CoordinatorResponsibilities:Manage and oversee several projects at onceEfficient at working independently as well as in team environmentSupport Client needs as directedAttend and participate in public open houses as requestedSupport project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers and real estate coordinators as requiredCompile technical data to be presented to Right of Way project teamComplete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agentsSupport translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management databaseUnderstand and interpret easement agreementsResearch and review of real property related documentsComplete permitting requirements as neededComplete rights and restriction reviewsAnalyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licensesRequirements:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirementStrong attention to detailGood verbal and written communication skillsProficient in working with spreadsheets and other task tracking softwareCapable of working with diverse skill sets in fast paced environmentStrong analytical and problem solving skillsTeam player focused on Client serviceExperience with Electric facilities or railroads preferred but not requiredWell organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project effortsExperience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings is preferred but not requiredDesignation from IRWA nor required but desirableValid driver's license required.
